Your Umrah questions, answered
Straight answers about packages, hotels, transport and Ziyarat — so you can plan with confidence.
Real people answer 24/7 — usually within minutes.
What is included in a full Umrah package?
Hotel booking in Makkah and Madinah, every transfer (airport pickup, Makkah to Madinah, airport drop-off), Ziyarat tours and 24/7 WhatsApp support. Each package page lists exactly what is and isn't included.
Can I change the nights, hotels or number of travellers?
Yes. Our packages are starting points. Tell us your dates, nights in each city, hotel preference and group size, and we send a fixed quote for your custom package.
Do you help with the Umrah visa?
We guide you through the Umrah visa application and tell you exactly what documents are needed. The visa fee itself is paid separately unless your quote says otherwise.
How early should I book for Ramadan and peak season?
Hotels near the Haram fill quickly in Ramadan (especially the last 10 nights) and school holidays. We recommend booking 6–8 weeks ahead for peak dates and 2–3 weeks ahead the rest of the year.
Can I book only a hotel without a package?
Absolutely. Choose “Hotel only” in the booking form, pick your city, dates and rooms, and we send you available options and prices.
Are the distances to the Haram walking distances?
Yes, distances are approximate walking distances to the nearest Haram gate. Walking times are shown for an average pace.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track every arriving flight using the flight number you give us. Your driver adjusts to the real landing time, so delays never cost you extra.
Are your fares really fixed?
Yes. You receive one upfront price before you confirm. No meters, no surge pricing and no extra charges for tolls, parking or flight delays.
Do you have vehicles for elderly pilgrims and large groups?
Yes. Mention mobility needs or wheelchairs in your booking notes and we assign a suitable vehicle. For groups we run Toyota Hiace (11 seats) and Toyota Coaster (22 seats).
Which places do the Ziyarat tours visit?
Makkah Ziyarat usually covers Jabal al-Nour, Jabal Thawr, Arafat, Muzdalifah and Mina. Madinah Ziyarat covers Masjid Quba, Mount Uhud, Masjid al-Qiblatayn and the Seven Mosques. We can adjust the route for you.
