Your first ride of Umrah, arranged before you land
The drive from King Abdulaziz International Airport (JED) in Jeddah to Makkah is about 100 km and usually takes around 1 hour 15 minutes, depending on traffic and your terminal. Many pilgrims arrive in ihram after a long flight; a private transfer means no queue for taxis, no bargaining and a driver who takes you straight to your hotel door.
How the transfer works
- Send us your flight number, arrival time and hotel.
- We confirm the fare for your vehicle — it is fixed and per vehicle.
- Your driver tracks the flight and waits at arrivals with your name.
- He helps with luggage and drives you to the hotel in Makkah.
Going back to Jeddah
The return ride from your Makkah hotel to Jeddah airport is timed around your flight so you arrive with time to check in. You can also book rides between Jeddah city and Makkah — both directions are listed in the fares below.
Good to know
- Non-Muslims cannot enter Makkah; drivers follow the official route and checkpoints.
- Tell us about wheelchairs, child seats or extra luggage when you book.
- Travelling on to Madinah later? Add the Makkah to Madinah taxi or choose a full Umrah package.
